Work that we conduct on every project is divided into three phases. This is to ensure that project needs are understood and dealt with in a professional manner and all requirements met to the highest standard. The phases are 'Pre-event', 'Event' and 'Post-event'.

Pre-Event

Westminster Digital can build a pre-event web page that will include the details of the event/events, 'How to participate' tutorial and event agenda. Users can also test whether they will be able to view the video, download software to view the forthcoming event, troubleshoot technical issues, submit event related questions and register for the event.

Event

We can create an event page that will include editorial about the event, event registration and instructions on how to access the event. PowerPoint slides or graphics can be synchronised with the video and audio. The users will be able to system check their machines as well as submit questions.

Post-Event

Westminster Digital will build a post-event page that will include the editorial about the event, instructions on how to access the archive and event registration. All technical support as in 'Pre-event' page will also be provided. PowerPoint slides as well as any graphics can be synchronised with the video and audio.
